Job Description

We seek to hire a Senior Marketing Coordinator in our Macon, GA office who will be responsible for assisting Principals and Project Managers with the coordination and preparation of proposals, RFPs, RFQs, SF330s and other local, state, and federal forms and providing related marketing support. This includes writing, research, data gathering, and execution.

Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist with the research, development, and implementation for business development and marketing plans;
  • Assist with the preparation of interview presentations and promotional campaigns, including content and graphic development;
  • Manage, prepare, and submit proposal responses to RFPs, RFQs, SF330s and other forms in a manner that differentiates the firm;
  • Track proposals and enter business development activities in CRM database;
  • Develop original content for proposals and marketing materials including cover letters, executive summaries, and graphics;
  • Create and maintain marketing materials;
  • Assist with the development of marketing media (media kits, ads, press releases, articles, etc.);
  • Coordinate trade show participation;
  • Coordinate public involvement events and open houses as needed;
  • Plan, schedule, and manage photography;
  • Lead and participate in marketing meetings and coordinate proposal kick-off meetings;
  • Work as part of a team environment, including senior-level staff, clients, teaming partners, consultants, and peers;
  • Communicate with proposal recipients and others as required;
  • Perform related administrative tasks as directed;
  • Assist in sub-consultant prequalification process.

Education

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or related field is preferred. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered

Licenses, Certifications, and Accreditations

  • Certification as a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) is desirable

Software Skills

A Senior Marketing Coordinator should be able to effectively utilize current company software programs for word processing, e-mail, and information management. Current programs include:

Career Experience

A Senior Marketing Coordinator should typically have a minimum of 8 years of marketing and business development experience within the A/E/C industry and specific experience preparing proposal responses to RFPs, RFQs, SF330s, and other local, state, and federal forms.
